Professional semiconductor solution provider Spirox Corporation (TWSE: 3055) and NI (Nasdaq: NATI) jointly announce today that they have developed an RF total test solution for product development in labs to mass production to help arQana accelerates the time-to-market of their products. The high flexibility of the NI Semiconductor Test System (STS)and system integration ability of Spirox application engineering team make it possible to decrease the time of cross-check and redevelopment under the strict test specifications.
Stable high-speed and low-latency is magnificently required of dynamic communication. The GaN-based AAG4400 wireless power amplifier arQana offers may create 60W maximum power in X channel (7.5~11GHz) with 24dB of gain, and 4.85x5.06x0.1mm die are also available for customer various application. In coming 5G, 5x5mm LGA packaged AAC2202-LO which has superior performance in digital pre-demodulation and low power consumption on the other hand is 4W power amplifier for sub-6GHz 5G BTS and small cell with frequency 2.1-2.2GHz for 3GPP Band 1.

NI STS equipped with VST of 65MHz~6GHz frequency and 200MHz bandwidth is available for various test requirements in power, linearity and EVM of mobile communication, IoT and WiFi products. Port module with VNA function offers high speed test of S-Parameter in mass production without any external instruments required.
