Establishment of the Supplier Management System

To ensure supply chain stability, product quality reliability, and effective control of potential risks, Spirox continues to establish and optimize our supplier management system, including supplier selection criteria, classification mechanisms, risk grading mechanisms, and performance evaluation processes. This system integrates traditional indicators—such as price, quality, and delivery—with sustainability dimensions, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, to ensure that partners possess long-term and stable supply capabilities and align with Spirox’s sustainable development objectives.
Spirox conducts supplier evaluations on a regular basis. The evaluation criteria include quality (40%), cost (30%), technical support and services (15%), delivery performance (10%), and ESG sustainability performance (5%). Suppliers are categorized into different grades based on their evaluation results.
