  • Performance evaluation criteria and procedures are communicated through briefing sessions and internal policy announcements, which are conducted when the system is introduced or revised
  • In early 2025, an employee share trust briefing was held in connection with the treasury share subscription program to help employees understand their rights, trust arrangements, and relevant application procedures
  • In 2025, the PayEasy benefits platform and a self-selected benefits program were introduced, with briefing sessions provided to help employees understand the available benefits and how to use the system
  • For employees with abnormal health check results, on-site care and medical consultation services are provided on a quarterly basis to support ongoing health management
